As co-founder of Losika Consulting, I have been directly responsible for scaling a professional services business to over R40 million in annual revenue, managing a workforce of consultants and contractors, and supporting major financial institutions.

My experience is not theoretical — it is built from running a business day-to-day, dealing with the real operational challenges that come with growth.

I also help businesses practically adopt AI tools to streamline operations, reduce administrative burden and free up leadership time — translating emerging technology into real, day-to-day impact.

I have built and run my own businesses for over two decades — so I understand the pressure, the trade-offs and the reality of what it takes to keep things moving.
